Coffaro's Baking Company develops, manufactures and sells premium quality baked goods and Italian specialty products. The Company was founded in Seattle, Washington in 1989. All of Coffaro's Baking Company's products derive from our family heritage, spanning over five generations of Coffaro bakers producing exquisite gourmet Italian baked goods and confections.
We currently sell biscotti, a traditional Italian dipping cookie, Palio brand Panforte Di Siena, a fruit and nut confection originating in Siena, Italy and Java Cookies. The Company is developing additional product lines and extensions targeted at specific accounts and markets.
Coffaro's Baking Company presents its products at the NASFT Fancy Food Show and at specialty coffee and gourmet trade shows. It is in the process of building a national network of independent specialty food brokers, sales representatives and distributors that will introduce Coffaro's to each of their regional markets.
